The young girl who checked me in was nice and I engaged her just as enthusiastically but then later when I returned to the hotel it was like she had never seen me before. My disappointment lay in one, the lobby staff although they appeared to be friendly and welcoming seemed to be just playing the part. It's nice to have separate living spaces when on travel. And the room had several stains in the bathroom but, I like the layout of these hotels.

The hallway floors are very weirdly slanted so that was a bit odd. This closure detracts from stay value, and as a result I will consider nearby hotels offering this amenity in the future. Continue to chlorinate, just as with pools, and let guests take responsibility for practicing good hygiene. And that it reflected something of a hospitality industry trend. Though the indoor pool was open, the hottub was permanently closed, per a posted sign. Outdoor sidewalks and walkways were well cleared, as it had recently snowed before arriving. Nice courtyard/alcove property layout us appealing, and ample parking with multiple building doors offers easy room access. Strong shower water pressure, though water took longer than normal to reach a desired hot temperature. One-bedroom suite facing the backside alcove was a good size, clean and comfortable, including a two-person dining table, work desk, two TVs, a vanity outside the bathroom, and cozy decor. Free hot breakfast was reliably good with ample selection, including daily changes to hot offerings. Have stayed here on numerous leisure visits to the Kansas City area, for location, pet friendliness ($75/stay) and extended-stay experience.
